Facebook Ads Manager Page Confirmation
Facebook can disable ad accounts when they suspect unusual activity on your ad account. This may be due to a new login from a different IP address and not because of someone who hacked us.
We had a look and cannot see anything strange so therefore we need you (the owner of the page) to confirm your account.
It takes a few simple steps:
Step 1
Go to Facebook Business Manager
Once you click on Facebook Business and Suite Manager, you will be directed to your Ads Manager account. At this stage, your page will indicate that it is disabled. Now you will navigate to the left-hand side of the page and click on the "Account Overview" icon as indicated below:
This will take you to the next page where you will be asked to confirm your account.
You will then be redirected to a different page that will open in a new tab.
Choose "Yes" when asked if it is your account. Then select your ad account and choose the first option when being asked why you are requesting a review.
