How To Contact Facebook Support

If you are having troubles with your Facebook ad account for any reason and you want to have a live conversation with Facebook support, just follow these simple steps to open a live chat in your Facebook messenger:

Step 1:
Click the link below:

Step 2:
Click on the "Visit Business Help Center". You will find this in the block at the bottom of the page, or follow this link: https://www.facebook.com/business/help

Step 3:
Click the find answers or contact support (you will find this at the bottom of the page): https://www.facebook.com/business/help/support

Step 4:
Click "contact advertising support": https://www.facebook.com/business/help/support/get-help

Step 5:

Once you have clicked that link you will be taken to a page that wants you to choose the ad account that you are having troubles with.
If your ad account is not listed, just copy the account ID from your Facebook Business manager.

Once you have selected the account Facebook will list all the reasons you might be contacting support for. Choose one from the list or if you have another reason just choose the load more until you find what you are struggling with.

As you can see on the image below, "my ad account is disabled" is mentioned more than once. You need to select one of those options until you are taken to the next page (see below).

Step 6:

Just select the "contact support" CTA and you will be redirected to the following page (see below). If you are not redirected to the page below, go back and select another option until you are redirected here.

Step 7:
This is the page you need to be directed to.
Fill in the boxes below. It is important to be as thorough as possible when filling in the box that reads: "Please provide information that will help us investigate". Once everything is filled out, click the button on the bottom right that says "start chat".

A chat in your Facebook messenger will be opened and a person from their support team will message you to help with the problem you are having.
