How To Manage Your Facebook Page Roles

You'll need to be an admin to manage roles for your Page. There's no limit to the number of people who can have a role on a Page. Learn how to see what your role is and what each Page role can do.
In some cases, gray accounts can’t become admins of Pages. If you have a gray account and want to become a Page admin, you can create a new account.
Give Someone a Role
If you're an admin:
  1. From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu. You may have to click See More first.
  2. Go to your Page and click Settings in the left menu.
  3. Click Page Roles.
  4. Below Assign a new Page role, type a name or email in the box and select the person from the list that appears.
  5. Click Editor and select a role from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click Add and enter your password to confirm.
Keep in mind that if you're not friends with the person you're adding, they'll have to accept your invite before they can start helping you manage your Page.
